Accommodations at Massanutten Resort:
Standard Hotel Rooms – Available with either one King bed or two Queen beds, offering a comfortable and convenient stay.
Rate $152.10 per night for 2 nights + $44.00 in Resort Fess + $35.86 in taxes = $384.06
One-Bedroom Condos at Eagle Trace – Spacious accommodations featuring either a full or partial kitchen, providing additional comfort and flexibility during your retreat experience.
Rate $170.10 per night for 2 nights + $44.00 in Resort Fess + $39.57 in taxes = $423.77
Two-Bedroom Condos at The Summit – Ideal for those traveling with a friend or family member, these accommodations include either a full or partial kitchen and additional living space for relaxation and fellowship.
Rate $237.00 per night for 2 nights + $44.00 in Resort Fess + $53.35 in taxes = $57.35
Please note that all accommodations are subject to a $22 per day resort fee and 10.3% applicable taxes. Rooms must be booked by September 2, 2026.
Whether you prefer the simplicity of a hotel room or the added space of a condominium, Massanutten Resort offers the perfect setting to rest, reflect, and prepare to soar during your Week 40 experience. The "Book Your Stay" opens up to a Smart Sheet, which provides you the option to Book Your Stay or you can email your reservation request to grouploding@massresort.com or call 540-289-4032 Monday - Friday from 9 am-5pm Eastern.
A deposit of $100.00 per room is due at the time of reservation. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date. Failure to make payment will result in reservation being cancelled. The deposit is nonrefundable for reservations cancelled seven or fewer days before arrival
